About the Position

As a checkout manager with us, you will be part of a team of 6 checkout managers who together are responsible for developing the checkout line together with all colleagues. The frontline (checkout and pre-store) is the heart of the store and is often the customer's first and last encounter. As a checkout manager, you are a key person in the operations and daily work.

The daily work consists of leading the daily operations in the frontline, being a sounding board, staffing planning, and being a support and role model for the team. Presence, structure, and engagement are key words for this role.

You are happy to contribute your own ideas and have a strong commitment to both the daily work and your own development.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in leading work in a store, preferably in grocery retail.
• Experience in leading teams and staffing planning
• Experience in a responsible role
• Good administrative skills
• Previous experience working with our computer systems (AoB, MinButik, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience with ATG and Svenska Spel.

Scope & Start Date

Scope: Part-time approx. 20h/week.
Start Date: By agreement - as soon as possible.
Working Hours: Varying hours between 06:00–22:15 on weekdays and weekends.
